Why twenty minutes is the right number

Hour-long classes are why most beginners quit. Not the poses — the hour.

How we work

Short, watched, modified

Three things stop beginners: sessions too long to fit in a week, poses done slightly wrong until something aches, and classes that move too fast to ask questions.

So the programs are short by design, your form gets checked on video, and every pose comes with a modification. Props aren't a lesser version — they're how you do the pose correctly today.

We're also clear that this is fitness coaching, not healthcare. Pain is a reason to see a professional, not to push through, and we'll say that every time.

Our principles

Three beliefs behind the method

Twenty minutes, daily

Short and frequent beats long and abandoned.

Form checked

One video a week catches the habits that cause aches later.

Stop if it hurts

Discomfort is fine; pain is a signal, and we don't override it.

Shall we start with one class?
