Twenty minutes,
not a headstand.

Beginner classes that assume you're stiff, short on time and slightly suspicious of the whole thing. Nobody chants, nothing is called a journey, and you can stop whenever something hurts.

The programs

Four programs, all starting from stiff

Nothing here requires flexibility to begin. That's the thing we're building, not the entry requirement.

How it works

Short sessions, watched form

Following a video is fine until you're doing a pose slightly wrong for six months. A coach watching yours changes that.

Free first class

Thirty minutes to see how it works, at whatever level you're at.

A short daily practice

Twenty minutes, or ten on bad days. Designed for your schedule.

Film one pose a week

Thirty seconds is enough to check alignment.

Feedback within 48 hours

What to change, and what to stop worrying about.

How we work

No mysticism, no performance

Plenty of yoga online is either spiritual in a way that puts people off, or athletic in a way that hurts beginners. Both lose the people who'd benefit most.

Zenviaaa is plain: short sessions, clear instructions, props whenever they help, and a coach who watches your form. We're not medical professionals — for pain or injury, see a doctor or physical therapist, and we'll work around what they tell you.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

I'm extremely inflexible.

That's the starting point for most students here, and flexibility is the result rather than the requirement. Props exist precisely for this.

I have a bad back or knee.

Get your doctor's or physical therapist's guidance first. Once you have it, we build the practice around their restrictions — we don't diagnose or treat.

Do I need equipment?

A mat helps, a wall is useful, and two books work as blocks. We sell nothing.

Is this spiritual?

Not in our classes. We use ordinary language for the poses and the breathing. If you want the philosophy, there are teachers who do it well — that isn't us.

I can only manage ten minutes.

Then ten minutes is the program. Consistency at ten minutes beats an hour you skip.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.

Want to try one class?

Thirty minutes, free, at whatever level you're at. Nobody watches but the coach.
